The folks over at Engadget seem to have their finger on the pulse of the upcoming Google branded Andriod cell phone.  Apparently, there will be two initial Android phones built by Samsung.  The first Android-based phone is due to arrive in stores in September of this year, followed by a second cheaper model released around Christmas.  The phones are set to be branded as Google gPhones, so they will not take on the Samsung manufacturing label. Nothing is set in stone yet, so don't be shocked if these release dates are a little off.  As for the gPhone, it looks pretty sweet, especially if you use your phone to do a lot of text messaging or email writing, since it has a full QWERTY keyboard.  Anyway, this should be a neat phone to get your hands on!
